1. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ), authorizing production, or paying an invoice from Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC, the buyer ("Client") expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Restricted Markets & Prohibited Applications Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC specializes in industrial tooling, workholding, and non-critical replacement parts. We explicitly DO NOT manufacture, engineer, or consult on:

• Safety-critical automotive or aerospace components.

• Medical devices, implants, or food-contact items.

• Serialized firearm receivers, frames, or components restricted by the ATF or ITAR regulations.

• Pressure vessels or load-bearing rigging equipment for human life safety.

The Client agrees that no parts produced by Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC will be used in these applications.

3. Limitation of Liability All components are manufactured to the specifications and CAD files provided by the Client. Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, structural integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose of the final part in the Client's specific working environment.

In the event of a part failure, defect, or dimensional inaccuracy, Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC’s total liability is strictly capped at the cost of the individual part itself (either via replacement or refund of the purchase price). Under no circumstances shall Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, machine downtime, material loss, or third-party injuries.

4. Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless The Client assumes all risks associated with the installation, use, and operation of custom-manufactured polymer components. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC, its owners, and operators from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses arising from the misuse, failure, or application of parts provided.

5. Intellectual Property & File Security Client retains all intellectual property rights to the CAD files and 3D models provided to Poly-Forged Manufacturing LLC. We will not distribute, sell, or reproduce your proprietary designs without explicit written consent.
