Core-XY High-Temperature Systems We run high-speed Bambu H2C systems paired with AMS HT (High-Temp) units. This enclosed, precision-tuned architecture allows us to print advanced engineering composites with perfect layer adhesion, exceptional dimensional accuracy, and repeatable results for batch production
Traceability & Marking
Laser Serialization Inventory control is critical. Utilizing our in-house xTool laser marking systems, we can permanently engrave custom data plates, part numbers, company logos, and scannable QR codes directly onto your polymer and metal components for seamless QA and lifecycle tracking.
Material Data & Applications
Carbon Fiber Nylon (CF-Nylon)
Properties: Extremely high tensile strength, exceptional rigidity, high heat deflection, and natural wear/abrasion resistance.
Shop Applications: Ideal for CNC soft jaws, end-of-arm robotic tooling (EOAT), custom CMM inspection fixtures, and heavy-duty structural brackets.
The Advantage: Secures complex geometries on the mill without marring critical surface finishes. Lighter than aluminum but incredibly durable
High-Temp TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
Properties: High elasticity, impact absorption, superior chemical and oil resistance, and stability in extreme temperatures.
Shop Applications: Custom O-rings, fluid seals, vibration isolators, and impact dampeners.
The Advantage: Replaces degraded OEM rubber components that are prone to failing in harsh chemical or oilfield environments.
